"Bewitching III" Gallery Previews Online Now on StrangerFactory.com

Monday, October 14, 2013

Since my earlier feature, Stranger Factory's "Bewitching III" has since listed their artwork and items online via their Gallery Preview, whereby they will begin accepting online purchase inquiries at 12 Noon Pacific Standard Time on Monday, October 14th via email strangerfactorysales@gmail.com.

Previewed here in this blog-post feature is a look at works from a trio of artists, starting with Andrew Bell's deliciously devious sculpts (up top), as most chocolates are lol … followed by the killer-cute creatures from Stan Manoukian, and finally below, a splendid performance of mechanical-macabre from Stephan Webb!

"Bewitching III" exhibits thru October 31st, 2013.

Sentimentrees by Gary Ham @ Stranger Factory (Nov 1-Dec 1)

Friday, October 4, 2013

EVENT PRESS: ""Sentimentrees" by Gary Ham is based around the personification of his own sentimental childhood memories. If the things we loved as a child could walk and talk, what would their childhood be like? As children, we saw our treehouse as a trusted friend and sanctuary; as adults we see a wood box nailed into tree branches. "Sentimentrees" brings us back to seeing our playthings through the optimism and unconditional love of our youth. "

"Sentimentrees" is a solo show by Gary Ham launching November 1st at Stranger Factory and exhibiting thru December 1st (with an opening reception on Friday, November 1st from 6-9PM.). Shown here up top, is his piece titled "Treehouseman".
