SlumberBean was originally created by illustrator Sam Hadley, also known as Slumber in 2010. The Slumberbean already stars in a series of illustrated prints but now he's ready to snooze around your home in a new limited series of Art Figures called 'Flavour Friends'. SlumberBean features in the Pictoplasma Character Compendium, and has been exhibited in Bristol, Berlin and Madrid.

Cast in Creo Design’s unique PU resin and sitting 5 inches tall, SlumberBean has been hand crafted, cast and painted to perfection by Creo Design. He even comes tucked-up in his own bean can with an exclusive label designed by Slumber. The SlumberBean & Friends are now waiting to relax anywhere you like."


The first edition 'Original Flavour' drops Friday november 1st at mid day GMT from www.slumberbean.com for £30 Ex shipping. Each Flavour is limited to 20pcs. The first edition of Original Flavour will be 10 pcs with 10 more to follow.

Shenly Yee of D'creativeaholic sends words and images of her toy collaboration with Creo Design - with "Lofing & The Magical Mushroom" being a 6 inch tall collectible vinyl figure - who will in turn be made available at Artist Alley booth G23 at next weekend's Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention (STGCC)!


Lofing is the main character of "Minimizer Dreamland" series, and as a toy, it comes in 2 versions: Full colour (SGD$35) and Blank DIY (SGD$30) version limited to a worldwide release of 300pcs and 200pcs respectively.

The vinyl figure also comes with a mushroom accessory, adjustable arms and feet, and are protected by blister and enclosed in a window boxed packaging.

While Lofting will be sold via their online shop after STGCC, it sure doesn't beat getting it from Shenly personally at her booth, no? Tell her TOYSREVIL sent'ya, will'ya?
