Instinctively, looking at Jason Limon's intense sculptural and painted visuals for his solo show "The Bone Banquet" @ Rotofugi, the tunes of Skrillex ran thru my mindscape with aplomb, bringing to life Limon's creations, which now scampers rampantly amidst the rainbow gloom of the world … check out all of his works here on rotofugi.com, and see if you see what I saw … "The Bone Banquet" is on display at Rotofugi until September 1st, 2013.
Boney Sculptures at Rotofugi: "This show is mainly made up of three dimensional sculptures. I had originally thought that the last solo I did at Stranger Factory in February was the last part of a story that I have been working on over time, but it seems these fall into the real end of that story: starving creatures that have only one thing to eat, our bones that we leave behind." -mentioned Jason Limon.
