The Singapore Toy Games and Comic Convention (STGCC) has just announced their newest "Guests" for this year's event, and one of the names is extremely familiar to this blog; NATHAN HAMILL! And of course i had a quick Q&A with the man - readable after this artist-bio:
"Nathan Hamill is a self-taught artist from Los Angeles with an affinity for large eyed creatures, ranging from cuddly to cranky, bashful to bellicose. He was raised on a healthy diet of cartoons, comics, movies and toys, which informed his personality and artistic sensibilities. He plays well with others. His friends include illustration, painting, sculpture and toy design. He makes what he likes. You can see his work at nathanhamill.com"(via)TOYSREVIL: How do you feel about being invited for STGCC?
NATHAN HAMILL: I'm very excited to check it out. One, because it's primarily a toy convention and two, to be able to meet toy fans that may not be able to make it to the States.
TOYSREVIL: Will this be your first time in Singapore? What will you be looking forward to see, and do?
NATHAN HAMILL: Yes, this is my first trip to Singapore. I'll be accompanied with a few local artists like J*Ryu and L*Chueh so it's bound to be a good time. We're planning on checking out Har Paw Villa after the weekend.

TOYSREVIL: What can folks expect from Nathan Hamill at STGCC? And in SG?
NATHAN HAMILL: I'll have vinyls, prints, posters, buttons, silkscreens and more. Lots of goodies to be had. Come on by!
